Why me? Here's the deal…I get it. I understand that it's scary to buy/sell a home. I get that you need someone who is "real," who can communicate clearly & regularly throughout your trusted real estate experiences. I understand that you need someone to fight for you like a negotiator. I am a community influencer here in Northern Colorado. I believe it takes a tribe to thrive, and I pride myself in connecting people and local businesses so we can continue to grow and prosper together. I've been a devoted Marine Corps wife for more than 18 years. I've endured multiple deployments as a military spouse, and it has armed me with the perseverance & dedication it takes to represent my clients. Don't you want an agent like this who is backed by a class act brokerage like C3 Real Estate Solutions? I get it... Who am I? My husband, Cody, and I have lived in Northern Colorado for 11 years, and we have two adventurous baseball-playing, outdoor-loving boys. I was raised in Casper, Wyoming. I attended the University of Wyoming, where I obtained a BS in Communication with an emphasis in Photojournalism in 1999. Shortly after graduating, I got married to Cody and joined him at Camp Pendleton near San Diego, California. While there, I received my Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) certification through Mueller College of Holistic Massage Therapies, and I practiced massage therapy for seven years. I later owned and managed a successful micro spa on Emerald Isle in the Southern Outer Banks. After our oldest son was born, we moved to Fort Collins and decided that raising the boys was the ideal job for me. In 2017, I decided I wanted to find a position where I could use my desire to help and serve other people, and real estate was the answer! Growing up in Wyoming, Fort Collins was always a cherished "vacation spot," and this tradition continued through my college years as many weekend trips to NoCo took place. I consider it an honor to live and breathe the Colorado lifestyle. It's such a privilege to be raising our family (including our especially loyal Australian Shephard, Chuck) on 35 acres in the foothills of Loveland, where I can delight in my nerdy passion for backyard chickens and wake up to some of the most impressive sunrises Colorado has to offer. We also love to take advantage of getting together as a family outside whenever we can.
